1. Who we are

Nova Sniping Bot ("Nova", "we") is offered from the Netherlands. Contact: novasnipingbot.support@gmail.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. What Nova is

Nova is a browser extension for the EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team Web App. It helps you search, buy and list players on the in-game Transfer Market and plan Gallery sets, in your own browser and on your own EA account. Nova does not sell coins, accounts or in-game items.

3. Not affiliated with EA — your own risk

Nova is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Electronic Arts Inc. ("EA"). EA's terms of service do not allow automation tools in FC Ultimate Team. EA may warn, limit (for example block the Transfer Market) or ban accounts that use such tools. We do not and cannot guarantee that your EA account will not be limited or banned. You decide whether to use Nova and you accept this risk. We are not responsible for any loss of coins, items, account access or anything else on your EA account.

Market results depend on the market. We do not promise any profit.

4. Your account and licence

• You need a Nova account with a confirmed email address.
• Free trial: 24 hours of full access, once per account and once per device.
• Nova Annual: 365 days of access from the moment of payment. It does not renew automatically. Buying again adds another 365 days.
• A licence is personal and works on one device at a time. When you use Nova on a new device, it moves there; you can switch devices up to 3 times per 30 days.
• You may not share, resell, copy, modify or reverse-engineer Nova, or try to get around the licence check.

5. Price and payment

Nova Annual costs €19.99 (or the amount shown in your local currency at checkout), including VAT or sales tax where it applies. Payment is handled by Paddle.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Your licence starts immediately after payment. At checkout you agree to this and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Please use the free 24-hour trial before you buy: we do not give refunds once your licence is active, except in the cases listed in our refund policy.

7. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Nova working, but EA can change the Web App at any time, which may stop Nova from working for a while. We may update Nova and these terms. Important changes are announced in the extension or on this website.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms (for example sharing a licence or abusing free trials), without a refund for the remaining time.

9. Liability

Nova is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Nova in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
