Who is responsible
Nova Sniping Bot, the Netherlands. Contact: novasnipingbot.support@gmail.com.
What we store
- Your Nova account: email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our database provider).
- Your licence: trial and licence dates, and whether the account is blocked.
- Your devices: a random installation id created by the extension, the Nova version, and when that installation was first and last seen. We use this for the one-device rule and to allow one free trial per device.
- Payments: Paddle's transaction id, amount, currency, status and date. Paddle handles your payment details; we never see your card or bank details.
What we do not collect
We never ask for or store your EA password. Your trading activity, Gallery data and statistics stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
Why we use it
To give you access to Nova (performing our contract with you), to prevent abuse of free trials and licences (our legitimate interest), and to keep records required by law.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase (database and accounts), servers in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Paddle.com Market Ltd (payments, as Merchant of Record), which has its own privacy policy.
- Supabase also sends the account emails (confirm email, new password).
To show prices and card details, the extension also fetches public player information from FUT.GG; no personal data is sent to them.
How long we keep it
Account and licence data: as long as your account exists. Device and trial records: up to 2 years after last use, to prevent trial abuse. Payment records: 7 years (Dutch tax law).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing novasnipingbot.support@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
