Try first, then buy

Every new account gets a free 24-hour trial with full access, no payment details needed. Please use it to check that Nova works for you before you buy.

No refunds after purchase

Nova Annual is digital content that starts the moment you pay. At checkout you agree that your access starts immediately and that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Because of this, and because you could try Nova for free first, we do not give refunds once your licence is active.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• Nova did not work for you at all because of a problem on our side, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.

Email novasnipingbot.support@gmail.com with your order number (from your Paddle receipt). Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller. If a refund is given, the 365 days of that purchase are removed from your Nova account.

An account ban or limit by EA is not a reason for a refund: see the risk notice in our terms.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
